BUILT IN ACCRA //

We built the operating system for drone delivery.

Aeryv is what every operator running an aerial delivery network needs and shouldn't have to build themselves: routing, dispatch, fleet management, and a control room they actually log into.

Why drone delivery never made it past the pilot stage.

Every operator who's tried running drones at scale runs into the same problem: the software to actually fly them, dispatch them, dodge restricted airspace, and hand off to your existing systems doesn't exist as a product you can buy. Companies that wanted it had to build it themselves, and most never finished.Aeryv is that software. Built once, deployable anywhere, operated from a dashboard your ops team logs into.

Why we're building this

"Every growing city has the same problem. Demand for delivery is outpacing the roads built to support it, and the answer isn't more vehicles. It's airspace. We built Aeryv to give operators the software they need to turn airspace into a logistics network, deployable in weeks instead of years."

Jeffrey has spent the last 10 years as a senior engineer building real-time, distributed systems. Drone delivery is the same problem with sharper edges: faster decisions, less margin for error, real things in the air.

The Proving Ground

Ghana isn't our limitation. It's our advantage.

01

Regulatory pathway

The GCAA approved commercial drone operations in 2019. The framework for testing, certification, and beyond-visual-line-of-sight flight is already in place. Most countries are still drafting theirs.

02

Conditions that prove the product

Accra's dense urban topology is exactly where ground logistics break: traffic, unpaved last-mile, monsoon flooding. If Aeryv works here, it works in any growing city.

03

One Mission Control, any geography

The dashboard, dispatch engine, and routing logic don't care where they run. Plug in a service area, plug in a fleet, the operator workflow is identical in Accra, Lagos, or São Paulo.

2019
First Commercial Drone Ops
Ghana's GCAA approved Zipline. Five years of regulatory precedent we build on.
Greater Accra
Operating Geography
5+ million people, dense urban topology, the exact conditions ground logistics fail.
Hub-and-Spoke
Network Topology
Multiple launch sites across the metro, routing automatically rebalances between them.
Simulator-First
Validation Method
Every route runs through SITL simulation before any drone leaves the ground.

Where we are. Where we're going.

We're signing pilot partners now. If your operation fits the medical, pharmacy, or 3PL profile, this is the right time to start the conversation.

Cleared to fly

We're pursuing GCAA certification, building on Ghana's commercial drone operations framework in place since 2019.

A control room your ops team runs

Aeryv Mission Control is the dashboard your dispatchers log into. Real-time map, fleet panel, order queue, no command line required.

Bring your own fleet

MAVLink compatible. No hardware lock-in. Use our reference drones or plug in whatever fleet you already operate.
